I found this tea to be amazing. I suffer greatly from intense pelvic pain during my menstrual cycle, often experiencing nausea, dizziness, and even fever. After starting to drink this tea a week before my period, I've experienced significant relief. Now, my periods last six days or even five, and it's such a blessing. Although the amount isn't as large as organic peppermint tea, its sweetness is delightful. I sometimes blend it with chamomile, anise, and peppermint tea to enhance its benefits for menstrual regulation. I truly appreciate it.

The taste of raspberry leaf is far superior to tea bags. It is excellent for making your menstrual period more comfortable and is best consumed after ovulation. It softens the pelvic floor muscles and significantly diminishes menstrual pain. Blending it with chamomile enhances its relaxing properties. Be careful not to brew it too long, or it may become too bitter. Once you try this herb, you'll never want to use tea bags again.

This herbal tea is fantastic for menstrual pain! When I have it, the pain miraculously vanishes, eliminating my need for painkillers, which is wonderful. In the past, high pain levels meant painkillers often failed. Since using this tea, my pain has nearly disappeared. Its mild taste is easy to enjoy and being caffeine-free, I can also have it at night, which is very beneficial. Excellent quality at this price; I keep reordering!

This product has been invaluable, especially for my mood swings before my period. I appreciate the large capacity at a low price! I mix it with chasteberry and take it for about 18 days after ovulation until the end of my period. It truly lessens my premenstrual worries and menstrual pain.
